– Each order is made specifically for YOU. We do not keep ready-made stock.
– During holidays, special occasions (Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Christmas) and sales, production time may be slightly longer, order in advance.
DELIVERY OPTIONS AVAILABLE:
– Nationwide delivery is available via The Courier Guy.
– Collection available via appointment in Pretoria North or Annlin.
– Free delivery is applicable to orders over R1000.
NEED TO CANCELL YOUR ORDER?
– Cancellations can only be made within 24 hours after you’ve placed your order. If you’re within that time frame, email us at info@florabelle.co.za.
– Regrettably, a 30% cancellation fee is applicable.
NEED TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
– Returns are accepted for store credit only. Please email us at info@florabelle.co.za.
– If you need to return or exchange goods purchased from Flora Belle, they must be unworn, undamaged, unwashed, and still sealed in their original packaging. All returns are accepted at the sole discretion of Flora Belle.
– Goods must be returned within 7 days. Flora Belle does not cover return costs.
– Personalised items cannot be returned.
PAYMENTS:
– In the event that EFT is chosen as a payment option, payment MUST be made within 24 hours of placing your order, as we cannot reserve stock for unpaid orders.
– Unpaid EFT orders will regrettably be cancelled if no payment is received.
